Don began his career in Public accounting providing individual, corporate, and partnership tax services for various industries. He soon expanded into financial auditing and forensic auditing, primarily in the energy industry.
Don joined King Chapman Broussard, Inc (KCB), a Houston based management consulting firm, in 1986. Over the years Don occupied numerous roles with KCB including the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating officer. His experience with KCB supplied valuable experience in corporate tax and financial planning and developed the leadership skills necessary to building and acquiring small businesses in various economic climates.
Don’s 35 years of experience creates a foundation of knowledge, experience, and expertise for tax compliance services for his clients. Just as importantly, it provides the financial advice individuals and business owners require to implement strategies and plans to accomplish their personal, business, and family’s financial goals.

Joe graduated Rochester College and joined us the month we started. Joe worked as a staff account for a local business before joining Cameron's One-sub Sea division as a project accountant. Joe is active in leadership roles with his church and other volunteer organizations.

Cindy graduated from Virginia Tech University and is a long time Friendswood resident. She has owned her own CPA firm and is active in various community organizations including Aggie Moms.

Robert is a graduate from University of Houston. Before joining Peterson CPA Firm P.C., he was a civil engineer with a national engineering firm. His experience in the service and construction industry provide a unique insight into our clients' business needs as he assists them with their accounting and tax issues.

Kirsten is a graduate of Texas A&M University and left Deloitte Touche to join us. She assists our clients with the review or compilation of their financial statements. Our clients often call on Kirsten to help them develop plans to minimize their tax burden.

Misty’s previous background was administrative and accounting services in the oilfield service industry. She joined us in our first year of business and performed most functions in the office. Currently, she manages payroll functions and is a staff accountant for clients needing booking keeping services with their tax return preparation.

Pam is a former CPA who graduated from Universtiy of Texas and started her career with Deloitte Touche. Her extensive background includes being a regional controller for various companies such as PepsiCo and Marriott International. She assists our clients with their financial records, tax planning, and preparation.

Tracey graduated from Wayne State University and is the marketing director with the firm. She connects us with the community through the local Chamber of Commerces and various clubs. She has been the division director of Toast Masters International which focuses on developing both adult and young adult leaders.

Heather joined us in the winter 2016 and we are delighted to have her on the team. She is our front line service to our clients and manages the processing of the returns from the time they come in the door until you pick them up. Her time as a manager in a camp that handled 500 kids a day, prepared her for the hectic workload that is incurred during our busy season.
